As Founder & Managing Partner of Lykke Capital, an early-stage, sector-agnostic investor, his primary responsibilities include sourcing and screening investment opportunities, onboarding new LPs (investors), and portfolio management at investee companies.

Additionally, he is also a venture capital scout with Saison Capital, the corporate arm of Credit Saison, one of the largest credit card issuers in Japan.

He is a Member of the Board of Directors at initiative: Eau and Womenite

From 2018 to 2021, Swarandeep was a Member of the UNLEASH Secretariat. He helped social ventures, both for-profit and non-profit, address the UN Sustainable Development Goals; and raise funds from UNLEASH's network of funders, including the Gates Foundation, Queen’s Commonwealth Trust, and Deloitte.

In 2021, Swarandeep worked as a Consultant (Sustainable Finance Specialist), at The CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture, and Food Security (CCAFS), and developed innovative investment solutions for sustainable food systems.
