Event Information
From Kathak to Kuchipudi, enthrall the audience as a soloist, we have the spotlight rolling. Come; celebrate the rich amalgamation of culture and tradition.
Structure :
● Solo Event
● Entry Fees: INR 70/-
● Styles: Classical and Semi - Classical
● It consists of 2 rounds.
Eliminations:
● Participants have to register and submit via official Impressions Website till 11.59 pm, 15 December 2020.
● Participants have to record a 2-3 minutes video of their choreography and upload it to their personal Google Drive and submit the link(with edit access open to all) while submission.
● The Participant has to upload a selfie using the Snapchat lens provided by Impressions while submission
● Video must be in .mp4 format with sound as clear as possible
FINALS
● Participants shortlisted for the final round of the event will be notified about the same through email (to the email Id given at the time of registration).
● Final Round for Nrityangana will be conducted between 20th December to 22nd December 2020. Exact dates and time slots will be conveyed to the participant 1-2 days prior to the event.
● It will be conducted on Townscript in front of a virtual audience that includes fellow participants, organizers, students, faculty, celebrity guests and celebrity judges.
● Pre-recorded videos of Eliminations round will be streamed live on Townscript for Finals. No Live performance.
● The necessary link to join the event will be sent to the participants.
● Each participant is expected to follow the event schedule meticulously.
● It is mandatory for the participants to have a decent internet connection and required power backup.
● We recommend using a laptop rather than a mobile device for better stability and an enhanced experience.
● In case of a power failure, internet issues, difficulties with using the platform, etc. participants should inform the concerned organizers and get the issues resolved.

Rules
● Only classical and semi - classical dances are allowed. (Folk dance is not allowed).
● The use of Bollywood songs as well as English songs is allowed in Semi - classical.
● No usage of props or hazardous elements is allowed for this competition
● The video should be well lit, of a good quality, and recorded in landscape mode.
● Flashy, colorful lights are not allowed.
● Ensure that the background is free of visual or auditory disturbances.
● The video must be recorded from a static camera. Videos having multiple angles/moving cameras are strictly not allowed.
● Note that the video should not be edited in any way. Use of any kind of special effects is STRICTLY prohibited and will lead to direct disqualification.
● Vulgarity and obscenity at any point are strictly not allowed.
● While submitting the file name should be “BookingID_Nrityangana”
● Political, controversial, or any hurtful content is strictly not allowed.
● All general rules are also applicable for this event.
