About:

This fort situated near Palasdhari village. Palasdhari is a small village and having small railway station which is just before Karjat Railway station.

This is a fort which is hardly frequented by trekkers. It has a water tank and remains of fort wall atop. The climb is simple but finding the routes can be a bit tricky. The top of this fort offers a good view of Palasdhari Lake,Karjat-Khopoli Railway line, Irshal fort, Morbe dam and Ulhas river.

We get a beautiful glimpse of Borghat. Rajmachi, Dhak, Bhivgad and Prabalgad can be seen from the top.

08:30 AM: Will reach Palasdhari station.

08:40 AM: With an intro round will start trek.

09:20 AM: Will reach to Navli base village and have power breakfast.

10:00 AM: Start ascend towards songiri fort top

12:00 PM: Reach top & Explore surrounding.

12:30 PM: Have Lunch (Carry your own lunch)

01:30 PM: Start Descend.

03:30 PM: Back to Palasdhari station (approx.)
