NIPS is hosting Bartending Championship 2019 on 12th June for amateurs across the city who have the creativity and innovation in them to make cocktails and mocktails. Apart from this we also have The Concoction Championship, 2019 on 13th June which is a platform for all the professionals in the hospitality industry who are masters of mixology and can create drinks bringing out their innovation. The Championship will be held at The Elysian Banquet, NIPS Hotel Management, Kolkata and registration for both the days will begin from 10:00 a.m onwards.
The competition will be judged by eminent personalities from the hospitality industry which include, Mr. Vivek Pathak, MD, NIPS Hospitality Group, master mixologist Mr. Indranil Chaterjee & Mr. Tanmoy Roy and Mr. Santanu Sengupta, Brand Ambassador, Diageo. The participants will be judged on their innovation, presentation, story, appearance, and taste. This is a great platform for people with skills and innovation to bring out the creativity in them and become future mixologists.
