Short Itinerary:

• The Spiti valley road trip begins from Shimla, one of the most beautiful Himalayan cities. Before entering the gorgeous Kinnaur valley, the villages that will be explored in this road trip are Srahan, Rampur, and Bushahr. In this route, the travelers would also get a chance to have a glimpse of Kinner Kailash peak which is known to be the summer abode of Lord Shiva. Post this the trip enters Kalpa which is at 7549 feet.
• Check into the hotel at Kalpa. Relax, freshen up, and also enjoy tea and other refreshments in the hotel.
• Spend the night in the hotel.

• Get up early today and set your ride on the Hindustan Tibet highway after having breakfast at Kalpa hotel. The last hamlet of the Kinnaur district is Nako and you ride to this place today. This day is filled with the sights of the Tibetan areas.
• There is a stoppage at Nako to have fresh lunch and then we finally enter into the Spiti valley. This night will be spent in the homestay in Tabo. Have your dinner at the homestay in Tabo and spend the night there itself.

• This day is a bit about sight-seeing and the first place to hit is the Tabo monastery which is 1021 years old. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This monastery is located at the bottom of the valley.
• The next destination to head towards is the Pin valley. Pin valley is a gorgeous place to spend some time and treat your soul with the most scenic views. There is a National park with birds, animals, and rare species of plants. It also has a frozen river.
• One can get numerous exotic animals and birds as well to view here. The last motorable village of the Pin valley is Mudh and we also cover this destination today in the ride. Also, we visit Kungri monastery this day.
• Post a hectic but a wonderful day, check into a homestay at Kaza and spend the overnight here after having a delicious dinner.

• This day begins with a drive to the Ki monastery. KI monastery was found in the 11th century by a disciple of Atisha. It is at a height of 13,668 feet and there are about 1000n stories to gain from this monastery. This monastery is also a refuge to the Tibetans. It is located at a remote location and it is a great place to enjoy some serenity and peaceful vibes.
• The next destination to move towards is Kibber which is 18 km from Kaza. This is the formerly highest inhabited village of the region and is also a popular base camp for the treks. Chiccham village is the next place to head out to from Kibber. This road is very scenic with amazing views from all sides. Post exploring this place, we head to Kaza by the night.

• The fifth day of the Spiti valley road trip takes you to the highest inhabited regions of the world. Komik is the highest village in Asia which is at a height of 4513 meters. This is a cut off village which is otherwise totally isolated and is explored in this trip. You will spot a lot of Himalayan animals in this route.
• The nest highest spot to visit is Hikkim which is the highest post office in the world. Langza is the next destination in the drive. This is a beautiful frosty white village having an ancient village which is 1000 years old. There is a prehistoric era zone in this village which shows some fossils and marine life of that era which is worth exploring. Post exploring this place, we head to Kaza by the night.

• On the sixth day, we start moving back to the Kinnaur valley post having breakfast and the end of this trip starts. You have to reach Kalpa this day.
• Spend the night in the hotel in Kalpa and have dinner there.

• The 7th day is the end day of the Spiti valley road trip. From Kalpa, the drive to Shimla starts. You wake up and have your breakfast at the hotel in Kalpa and start the trip.
• The tour ends once you reach Shimla.

• If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the our service partner will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.
