Celebrate new year at most famous Ghatghar lake near Bhandardara Dam with unforgettable camping memories. New Year Ghatghar Lake camping are the best camping experience for welcoming new year. Our Camping is a very Special and Exclusive place at Ghatghar lake near Kalsubai-Harishchandragad Wildlife Sanctury. Ghatghar is a pristine water reservoir nested in between Sahyadri mountain ranges. The shining blue-green water of Lake and the surrounding mountains of Alang, Madan, Kulang, Kalsubai makes for a great treat to the eyes. And when the Sun dips low, enjoy the view of millions of the stars in the endless sky as you doze into a cozy yet comfortable slumber. Authentic village meal, music and fun games till welcoming new year.
Our Campsite is totally private and located in Lakefront back water of Ghatghar surrounding mountain ranges with mesmerizing view.

DAY 1 - Saturday, 31st Dec 2022

11:00am - Start Journey towards location. It will take tentatively 4.30hrs (180km from Pune).

04:00pm - Reach at camp site.

04:00pm to 05:30pm - High-tea : Tea, Coffee, Paanipuri, Pakoda with lakeside view

05:30pm to 06:30pm - Let's enjoy our evening with Beautiful Sunset at Kokankada. 

07:00pm- Camp fire begins...!!!

07:00pm to 08:30pm - Starters (BBQ Veg & Non-Veg Limited)

09:00pm to 10:30pm - Dinner (Veg & Non-Veg Unlimited)

10:30pm to 12:00pm - Musical Night, Talent Hunt, Musical Performance, Team Activities and Enjoy your Privacy.

12:00am - New Year Celebration 2023 !!!!

12:30am - Silent Zone

DAY 2 - Sunday, 1st Jan 2023

06:15am - Sunrise and Mountain View for early risers at Ghatghar Lake

06:30am to 07:30am - Freshen up

07:30am to 08:00am - Tea, Coffee, Green Tea

08:00am to 10:00am - Unlimited Breakfast of Misal Paav, Poha and Morning Lakeside Photoshoot.

10:30am - Return journey to Pune

03:30PM - Reach Pune with lots of memories.

Other Conditions & Indemnity:

- We are not sale any kind of alcohol at our campsite. You can carry your own alcohol along with proper 1 day permit which issued from liquor shop.

- Make sure and be sober at campsite. If anyone found disturbing other privacy then said person will immediate or forcefully boycott from campsite.

- Any kind of recreational drugs not allowed to intake or possessed at camp, if anyone found he/she will be solely responsible.

- If found disrupting other person/group privacy then he/she/group will be handed over with patrolling police.

- You have to carry own mask and sanitizers along with COVID vaccine shot certificate if taken.

- Kindly take care of nature around us and do respect the heritage and culture.

- Do not litter, participants are requested to dispose the waste in dustbins bags only.

- Camp Leader’s decision will be final and binding.

- ‘The Kayakers’ reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without prior notice.

- Telephonic confirmation is mandatory, if unable to contact send us a text message.

- Payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Above schedule is indicative. Some changes due to unavoidable circumstances may happen, but no compromise in fun & enjoyment.

- Please avoid wearing gold jewelry or any other valuable things.

RULES & NOTES:

I am aware that participating in adventure sports like kayaking, cycling, trekking, climbing and rappelling has some inherent risks of illness, injury or death. This may be a result of the negligence of others, myself, forces of nature or other agencies known or unknown. Rescue and medical services may not be able to reach me in time.

I hereby fully assume all risk of illness, injury or death, and The Kayakers, its owners, employees, consultants, agents and associates from all actions, claims or demands from any damages resulting out of my participation in this sporting event. This obligation is binding upon me personally as well as on my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and all members of my family.

I hereby authorize any medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of any emergency, injury or mishap. I agree to bear all costs of rescue and/or medical services that may be incurred on my behalf.

I recognize that as the provider of services, The Kayakers will operate under a covenant of good faith and fair dealing, but that it may be necessary to terminate any event or adventure excursion due to forces of nature, medical necessities or other reasons. I accept their right to take such actions for the safety of all participants including me.

I understand that though precautions will be taken to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, there can be no guarantee of absolute safety against illness, injury and/or accident and that there are grave and unpredictable elements of risk in any adventure, sport or activity associated with the outdoors.

I agree that any film or photographs of me as a participant becomes the property of The Kayakers and may be used for promotional and commercial purposes.
