Meeting Time: 02:00 PM (for participants with transportation package)

Journey to Campsite

02:30 PM: Board private jeep from Kasara and begin your scenic ride to Bhandardara.

05:30 PM: Arrive at the campsite! Feel the cool breeze and enjoy your first view of the lake.

Evening Fun

05:30 PM: Ice-breaker & relaxation. Enjoy sunset photography, indoor games (carrom, badminton, volleyball), or simply unwind on hammocks.

07:00 PM: DIY BBQ session (Veg/Non-Veg).

08:00 PM: Hit the music! Dance and enjoy the lakeside vibes.

10:00 PM: Unlimited dinner (Veg/Non-Veg/Jain) prepared in traditional local style.

11:00 PM: Gather around the bonfire as the music continues—perfect for stories, laughter, and memories.

09:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Free time—play games, relax by the lake, enjoy boating, or take a refreshing dip.
