Join us for a Sunday morning stroll in Juhu- Mumbai’s unique neighbourhood along the Konkan coast. Explore the sights and sounds of the natural world, as you enjoy the relics of a slow life in the heart of a bustling megapolis.
This is a not-for-profit 1km guided NATURE WALK led by a Naturalist from BNHS (Bombay Nature History Society)
Date and Timings: Sunday 12th January 2025, 8am to 10am
Meeting point: 8.00 am sharp outside Riviera Apartments, Gandhigram Road, Juhu. Please walk or use public transport to avoid traffic around the meeting point
Route: The walk will begin at Gandhigram Juhu beach garden and end at Shree Mukteshwar Devalaya.
Please carry: A bottle of water; wide brim cap
Included in the ticket: 8am to 10am- a two hour guided Nature tour led by a BNHS Naturalist.
Optional and NOT included in the ticket: At the end of the walk, exchange notes and observations over a South Indian breakfast at Dakshinayan restaurant.
This walk is inspired by the UN SDG’s (Sustainable Development Goals) towards 2030. The walk is conceived and sponsored by Shruti Agrawal- an award winning designer and Juhu resident currently compiling a photo documentary titled ‘MY JUHU’
