Submit your GPS-tracked result at Strava Club named "Mumbai 10K Challenge Virtual Run 2026" or email us at kasportsandevents@gmail.com

Receive your Finisher Medal + Digital Timing Certificate - within 2 weeks from the completion of the event

Virtual Run – Terms & Conditions

1. Activity Period

Participants must complete their registered distance between:

1st September 2026 – 6th September 2026

Any activity completed outside the official activity period shall not be considered valid.

2. Run Submission Requirements

To qualify as an official finisher, participants must:

✓ Complete the entire registered distance in a single activity.

✓ Record the activity using:

Strava
Garmin
Coros
Apple Fitness
Polar
Any GPS-enabled running application

✓ Upload proof through the official Mumbai 10K Challenge submission form or designated Strava Club.

✓ Submit proof before 11:59 PM IST on 6th September 2026.

3. Strava Club Submission

Participants joining the official Mumbai 10K Challenge Strava Club must:

- Upload the activity publicly.

- Ensure distance and moving time are visible.

- Join the official event club before submitting their activity.

Private activities may not be considered valid.

4. Medal, T-Shirt & Certificate Eligibility

Participants will be eligible for:

- Official Finisher Medal

- Digital Finisher Certificate

only after successful verification of their run data.

The organizers reserve the right to reject submissions that are incomplete, manipulated, suspicious or inconsistent.

5. Verification & Fair Play Policy

The Organizing Committee may reject activities involving:

- Vehicle assistance

- Cycling or other sports activities submitted as running

- Treadmill activities (unless specifically permitted)

- Edited GPS files

- Duplicate submissions

- Distance completed across multiple activities

All decisions of the organizers shall be final.

6. Route & Safety

Participants are responsible for selecting their own running route.

Participants must:

- Follow local traffic rules.

- Run only in safe environments.

- Maintain awareness of weather and road conditions.

- Carry hydration where required.

Participants must not run in unsafe conditions or restricted areas.

7. Liability Waiver

Participation is entirely at the participant's own risk.

KA Sports & Events, Mumbai 10K Challenge, sponsors, partners, volunteers, officials, and associated agencies shall not be liable for: Injury, Illness, Disability, Loss of property, Death, Any other incident arising from participation

Participants accept full responsibility for their participation.

8. Shipping Policy

Finisher merchandise shall be dispatched within:

14 working days after successful verification.

The organizer is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses or force majeure events.

Re-shipping charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the participant.

9. No Refund Policy

All registrations are final.

No refund, transfer, exchange or cancellation shall be permitted under any circumstances.

10. Organizer Rights

The organizer reserves the right to:

- Modify event rules.

- Change timelines.

- Verify activities.

- Reject suspicious entries.

- Cancel or postpone the virtual event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

The decision of the organizer shall be final and binding.
