Puri Oil Mills Limited, as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility  program is conducting athletic/ endurance trials for underprivileged girls - Under Age 12 and Under Age 14 as on 11th April 2024. Applicants do not need AFI (Athletic Federation of India) UID for this event. The meet will be conducted as per the rules of Athletic Federation of India.

• Girls Under Age 12 - Born between 02/072012 to 01/07/2013
• Girls Under Age 14 - Born between 02/07/2010 to 02/07/2011

Top 10 selected girls (5 from each age group) will receive products/ grant of upto Rupees Four thousand five hundred only (Rs. 4500/-) every month  for one year.  Medals and certificates shall be awarded to 1st three places only. Judges decision of selection will be considered as final. Protest fee - Rs.2000/- (Rupes Two Thousand only).

Submission of Online entries.

Last date of entry - 6th April 2024. On the spot entry will not be accepted. Chest numbers will be issued on 7th April 2024 between 10am - 6pm at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium

Registrations shall be accepted on first come first serve basis.

Our purpose to support these girls is to help them excel in their dream to win medals for their District/ State and eventually bring laurels to India.

The selection will be done by federation certified officials and coaches in a fair manner. The process is given below:

Selection Process (Under 14):

    a. 600 meter run (Top 30)

    b. 60 meter run (Top 20)

    c. Plank Competition (Top 10), 5 girls selected in 5 girls in waiting list

    e. Age test

    d. Document Verification - each selected girl parents to submit Medical and EWS     (Economically Weaker Section) certificate within 15 days 

Selection Process (Under 12):  

    a. 400 meter run (Top 30)

    b. 50 meter run (Top 20)

    c. Plank Competition (Top 10), 5 girls selected in 5 girls in waiting list

    e. Age test

    d. Document Verification - each selected girl parents to submit Date of Birth Certificate,     Medical and EWS (Economically Weaker Section) certificate within 15 days 

Grant Payment Criteria:

Parents shall sign the agreement on their girl child's behalf containing following terms and conditions

    a. Training and Nutrition Plan:

    My daughter (name) commits to diligently follow the training and nutrition plan created     by the Facilitator for the     duration of this agreement.

    b. Event Participation:

    My daughter (name) agrees to participate in events chosen and recommended by the     Facilitator, understanding     that such events align with the objectives of the CSR     Project.

    c. Anti-Doping Compliance:

    My daughter (name) pledges not to use drugs or supplements prohibited by relevant     sports authorities, thereby     ensuring compliance with anti-doping regulations.

    d. Conduct for Event Eligibility:

    My daughter (name) undertakes not to engage in any activities that may disqualify or     bar them from participating in     events organized by sports authorities, whether     governmental or private.

    e. Medical Tests:

    My daughter (name) agrees to undergo medical tests organised to assess health and     athletic fitness

    f. Conformity:

    I and my daughter (name) agree to meet/ provide health, training and performance     related information to     appointed mission supervisor on phone call or physical visit to     my residence or stadium.  

The "Grant is subject to stop" in case the beneficiary girl or family violate any of the 6 conditions mentioned above. In such case, next girl in waitlist will start getting the grant from subsequent month. The conditions above are subject to change from time to time.
