During the class, attendees will learn to prepare three signature dim sum creations: the Truffle edamame dumpling with its delicate, aromatic richness; the Crunchy iceberg dumpling with its refreshing texture and the Broccoli cheese dumpling, a comforting and indulgent favourite.
