-I will read and understand the information regarding this event and participate at my own risk. I understand that I may have to deal with (but not limited to): challenging terrain, motor vehicle traffic, slippery surfaces, adverse weather conditions, heat exhaustion, hypothermia, and actions of spectators. I agree to comply with the rules and directions of event officials and their personnel. I agree that in the case of event cancellation due to extreme inclement weather (at the discretion of event officials), I shall not hold any persons, corporations, associations and bodies involved or otherwise engaged in promoting or staging the event and their servants, agents, representatives, officers and employees for such cancellation.  

-In the event of a medical emergency:

The management will provide first aid and basic treatment from the medical team stationed at the event site, however in the event of any serious injury or fatality, the management is not responsible for the cause or the treatment. (Ambulance service will be provided.)
