Fitness icon Mandira Bedi is all set to launch her latest book Happy For No Reason at Crossword Bookstores, Juhu on 19th February, 2020 with co-author, yoga mentor, writer, composer, musician, life coach and workshop facilitator, Satyadev Barman. The duo will be in conversation with popular journalist, Aastha Atray Banan.

An engaging evening lies in store as the three discuss the book at length and shed light on how Mandira Bedi in her own chaotic way, she seems to have discovered some kind of non-scientific, non-spiritual and as-yet-non-existent formula for finding peace in everything.
