Nainital is 260 kms from Delhi NCR. With new expanded highway having come up for most of the way one can reach Nainital in just little over 6 hours and further 30 minutes to Muskotia. Lunch @ Muskotia is a concept offering. The lunch prepared is on slow food cooking philosophy. Utensils used for cooking at made up of Brass /Copper/Bronze and Mud clay. Most of the dishes are cooked on wood fire using Himalayan herbs. Food is multi course served to guests on fixed meal basis. Food is served by local Kumaoni people in Bronze utensils. Bronze metal is considered since ages as the best metal to have human food.

Before or after the food one can laze around in Muskotia lawns or play various indoor games like :

• Caroom

• Chess

• Ludo

• Chinese checkers

• Tic Tac Toe on wood slice with stone dices

• Snakes and ladders

• Plot 4

• Giant Jenga

• Frisbee

• Pithoo with wooden blocks

Apart from this, Kilbury forest is neighbouring Muskotia. One can take a short trail into the forest with trained Muskotia staff. Do some bird watching and sightings.
