We often approach creativity with the pressure to produce something beautiful or meaningful. This sharing circle invites a different approach, one rooted in curiosity, presence, and gentle attention.
Through mindfulness practices, simple art-making, and quiet reflection, we'll explore what it feels like to create without judgement or expectation. No artistic experience is required.
