Kshitij is a seven day online yoga and meditation program. This program offers you the unique opportunity to learn and go through Isha Upa Yoga, Powerful Meditations, Satvik Food Session and much more. The program aims at bringing overall wellness and allows you to learn and imbibe the Yogic lifestyle.
This program will be conducted by two Hatha Yoga teachers, trained by Isha Hatha Yoga School in Classical Hatha Yoga. They will be supporting you with the practices.
The program will be happening in two batches morning and evening, you can join according to your convenience.
