Kota Ka Duathlon Champion-----------------------------------------------
The sole purpose of this championship is to promote the fitness habits among the people of Kota and other parts of the country. This is Duathalon (Running and cycling) so one has to do minimum running and cycling both in June month of 2019.
1. This championship is organized by KCC (Kota cycling community) which is open for all Indian.
2. This is endomondo based challenge so every participant has to join it through the same app.
3. To be eligible for winning one has to do 60 km running and 300 km cycling in 30 days of June. (Minimum work out days will be 15).
4. For female riders, we are giving 1.25x factor. For e.g., If a female rider does 100 km running and 300 km cycling then her total km will be 125km running and 375 km cycling.
5. After doing minimum eligible workout it's your choice to do either running, cycling or both. Each 1 km running will be equivalent to 3 km cycling. The final result will be calibrated on this scale in terms of cycling.
6. One has to update his/her workout in every 3 days at least and in the last 5 days, one has to update every day.
7. Leaderboard of only first 15 participants will be shown in KCC WhatsApp group and ll also be updated on KCC FB page too.
8. Winners (1-15) and some surprise categories will be felicitated from KCC in next month (July) before the 15th day of the month.
The actual date of felicitation will be declared on KCC FB page and KCC WhatsApp group. For outside Kota participants, we will do courier.

10. In case of any false reporting caught one shall be banned for at least 6 months to participate in such events.
11. Data of any participant can be checked any day and one is expected to cooperate.
12. Also, we want that there must be an upper cap of the workout so maximum running per day allowed is 21 km and maximum cycling allowed is 100 km. This is to avoid unnecessary workout just to win. We want to promote regular fitness. All those who will be crossing upper cap shall all be treated equally and all will be winners and shall be given prizes worth 1000 INR each along with medal and trophy. Top 15 or 5% of total participants shall be rewarded with same prizes.
13. In running pace should not be more than 9 minutes/km and in cycling, speed should not be less than 15 km/hour. No relaxation on gender basis in this.
In case of any confusion and discrepancy the final decision will be of the event team.
