“Our aim is to unite people of different cultures and from different origins”. This year we are doing activities inviting all communities together under a single roof and encouraging outdoor games, which is a growing problem in our generation.

• No refund on a purchased ticket is possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
• You take full responsibility for participating in the event and do not hold the organizer/event management agency / other allied entities responsible for any injury or accident
• You agree that organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the event
• You confirm that your name and media recordings were taken during your participation may be used to publicize the event
• You may acknowledge and agree that your personal information can be stored and used by the organizer, event management company and other sponsors or any other company in connection with the organization, promotion, and administration of the event and for the compilation of statistical information
• You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. you understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. the organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. In some cases, part of the amount collected from rejected applications might be refunded.
• If the registration is being made on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are a parent/guardian of the child and that he/she has your permission to take part in the event. you further accept that all the above rules shall apply to him/her as if he were a major.
• There are to be no pass-outs or re-admissions after you exit the gates of a Venue (after entry) and you will not be permitted to re-enter the Venue.
• In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, we reserve the right in our reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit of a Venue, to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the Event or to other patrons or that are in breach of the Ticketing Terms and/or to refuse admission and/or to refund the Ticket face value if we have reasonable grounds to do so.
• The following items are not permitted to be brought into a Venue:
• Glass bottles or containers or other heavy and/or sharp objects, which could potentially be used as projectiles (excluding sunglasses, binoculars, and prescription or reading glasses)
•  Any illegal drugs
•  Skateboards, scooters, roller blades or bicycles
•  Knives, weapons of any nature or fireworks
•  Any object that could be used to distract, hinder or interfere with any performer, including laser pointers and flashlights
•  Flags with poles, large flags or banners that may obstruct the view of other patrons
•  Any whistle, horn, musical instrument, loud hailer, public address system or vuvuzela
•  Any item that you intend to distribute, hawk, sell, offer, expose for sale or display for marketing or promotional purposes
•  No pets allowed.
•  Any dangerous goods and any other items by management to be dangerous or capable of causing a public nuisance
•  Braais or barbeques
•  Camping Chairs
•  Cooler Boxes
•  Food and refreshments (including soft drinks and alcohol).
•  Smoking is not permitted in the Venue.
•  The unauthorized use of photographic, video and/or sound recording equipment is prohibited.
• Registrations accepted till the last date (12 January 2020) or as long as the tickets last.
• If you experience any problems at the Event, please contact a manager as it may not be possible to resolve issues after the Event.
• In case of emergency please follow instructions and directions from staff and/or other officials.
