Date- Saturday, 10th Jan 2026

Timings- 11 am to 4 pm

Volunteers will be there at the venue & along the route to guide you along the route. It is recommended that children above 9 years of age only to go for 5 km only if they have previously run 5 km.

Terms & Conditions – Kidzathon 2026

• Event Category: Please choose your event category carefully, keeping in mind your age and fitness level.
• Communication: Any information sent to the registered email address will be deemed as received by the participant.
• Responsibility: By registering, you take full responsibility for your participation and shall not hold the organizer, event management agency, or allied entities responsible for any injury, accident, or loss.
• Medical Fitness: Participants must consult a physician and undergo a medical examination to confirm their fitness to participate.
• Assumption of Risk: You understand and accept all risks associated with the event, including (but not limited to) falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, road/traffic hazards, medical emergencies, and other public event risks.
• Liability: The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury arising out of your participation.
• Instructions: All participants must follow the instructions given by organizers in the interest of health and event safety.
• Stop Running: Participants agree to stop running if instructed by the event organizers.
• Media Consent: You consent to the use of your name, photographs, and video/audio recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• Data Use: You acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be used by the organizers, sponsors, and event partners for event administration, promotion, and statistical purposes.
• Event Changes: In case of adverse weather, major incidents, force majeure, or restrictions by authorities, the organizers reserve the right to stop, cancel, or postpone the event. Registrations and merchandise orders are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable. Applications rejected by the organizers will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges, if applicable).
• No Show Policy: If a participant fails to collect their bib or does not turn up on race day, they will not be allowed to run. No refunds, medals, or goodie bags will be provided later.
• Minor Participants: If the registration is for a minor, the parent/guardian confirms that the child has permission to participate and agrees that all rules apply equally.
• Waiver Statement: By registering, you affirm that you/your child are physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, their agents, employees, and associates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.
