• Water and hydration support will be available at the venue and along the race route.

• Nutrition support will be available for participants.

• Breakfast will be provided post-run.

• Breakfast will be served only to participants carrying valid race bibs.

• Medical assistance and emergency support will be available throughout the event.

• No valet parking facility will be available. Participants are requested to plan their travel accordingly.

Details regarding Bib and T-Shirt distribution will be communicated approximately 7 days prior to the event through email, SMS and official event communication channels.

1. Participants acknowledge that Kids Rain-A-Thon, its event organizer Sniper Media, sponsors, partners and volunteers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury arising from participation in the event.

2. The race route and event execution are subject to approvals from relevant authorities.

3. Participants agree to follow all instructions issued by the organizers, race officials, medical staff and volunteers in the interest of safety and smooth event conduct.

4. Participants must stop running immediately if instructed by the Race Director, Medical Team or Event Officials.

5. Photographs, videos and media recordings captured during the event may be used by the organizers for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without further consent or compensation.

6. Personal information provided during registration may be stored and used by the organizers solely for event administration, communication, marketing and statistical analysis.

7. In the event of adverse weather conditions, force majeure, government restrictions, security concerns or any unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to postpone, modify, cancel or stop the event.

8. The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any registration without assigning reasons. Registration fees for rejected applications will be refunded after deducting applicable banking or transaction charges.

9. Event T-Shirts, medals, goodie bags and other giveaway items are complimentary. While every effort will be made to provide the requested T-Shirt size, availability cannot be guaranteed.

10. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including non-participation on race day.

11. For participants below 18 years of age, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By registering, the parent/guardian confirms consent for the child to participate and accepts all event terms and conditions on behalf of the minor.

12. Parents/guardians must personally collect race bibs. Bib collection by another person may be permitted only upon submission of written authorization.

13. Requests for change of race category after registration will not be entertained.

14. Water and hydration support will be available at designated locations within the venue and race route.

15. Parking availability near the venue may be limited. Participants are encouraged to carpool and use shared transportation wherever possible. All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
