We have arranged an exciting Trek to Kalsubai Peak ( Highest Peak in Maharashtra ) on 03rd July 2016(Starting 2nd Julu 2016 Night)

The Details for the Kalsubai Trek is as follows: –
Height: 5400 feet ( 1,646 M )
Grade: Medium
Time: 4 hrs from Base village Bari
Location: Igatpuri – Nasik.

Kalsubai is the Highest Peak in Maharashtra , There is a Temple at the Summit which accomodates only 6 people at a time. One can see most of the high peaks in the surrounding in the clear atmosphere. The Bhandardhara Dam and the adjoining forts such as Ajoba, Ratangadh, Katrabai Wall, Naneghat, Jivdhan, Kirda Alang, Mandan, Kulang, Aundha patta, Bittangadh etc. On the back side of Kalsubai one can see a panoramic view of Bhandardhara ( Wilson Dam).

Boarding Bus at 10:30 PM ( Private Bus to Kalsubai Base – Bari )
Reaching at Bari – Base village 03:30 AM .
Introduction Round.
Start Ascend
Atop to the Summit at 10:30 AM
Exploration, and Descend
Descend at 11:30 AM.
Reaching at the Base Village and Lunch Time
Heading in the bus towards Dadar at 3:30 PM
Reaching Dadar at 09:30 PM ( which is Tentative )

Torch With spare battery (Mandatory )
A Water Bottle (~3 Ltrs) Mandatory,
Cap,Good trekking shoes, a pair of extra clothes & socks (a must)
Camera, Cell Phone, Binoculars (Optional)
Some ready to eat food. Plum cakes, Biscuits,
Carry atleast 2 Lemons, Glucon D, Odomos etc.
Personal basic medical kit ( carry your routine medicines if any to avoid complications).
A haversack to put all these things.
