Wellness Retreat JUST BE @ MUSKOTIA is a 3 day residential program @ Muskotia , Kilbury forest, Nainital, Uttrakhand. Setting is on top of the Mountain overlooking the snow clad Himalayas. Muskotia is surrounded with Oak forest which is also an international Birding destination with rich Flora and Fauna. Muskotia location is 17 kms off main Nainital town. To reach Muskotia, one has to drive into Nainital town and then take a detour on Kilbury forest road to reach location. Beautiful mesmerizing drive to the venue with snow clad Himalayas running along side of the road. Nainital is 270 kms from Noida (6.5 hours drive), Regular Shatabadi-Chair Car connections and other trains to Kathgodam (35 kms from Nainital), Nearest Airport Pant nagar, 65 kms from Nainital.

JUST BE @ MUSKOTIA 3 days covers Wellness programs starting from 7 am till 8 pm in the night comprising of Yog, Meditation, Forest walks, Relaxation and other activities. The program includes boarding and lodging at Muskotia with all meals, snacks, beverages etc as per program schedule. Only vegetarian food. Priyanka is a certified Sivananda Yog trainer with a decade old practice of Hatha Yog and an avid interest in Ayurveda cooking.

Adnan (Adi) is the founder of Permaculture and spiritual farm in the Himalayan foothills where he offers sound/energy healing and guidance movement and meditation practices.
