First Drop Theatre brings to you an Introductory Workshop in Psychodrama - Act it out. Find yourself!
Step onto the stage of your own inner world and explore the basics of Psychodrama.
About the workshop:
Some experiences cannot be fully understood through conversation alone. Psychodrama is an experiential method that works through action, role, movement, and relationship, allowing participants to explore inner conflicts, relational patterns, emotions, and life situations in a living, embodied way.
Rather than only talking about an experience, Psychodrama invites participants to step into it, view it from different perspectives, and discover new insights through enactment.
The workshop offers a space for self-exploration, emotional insight, spontaneity, creativity, and deeper understanding of self in relationship with others.
Who is this for?
Particularly valuable for psychotherapists, HR professionals, coaches, social workers, facilitators, educators, and anyone interested in self-exploration and human relationships.
No prior therapy or theatre experience required - only a willingness to be present.
