International Yoga Day Celebration at Mrityunjay Yogpeeth, Rishikesh

The program has been thoughtfully designed to create awareness about the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga.

The celebration will begin with registration and welcome kit distribution, followed by lamp lighting and invocation prayer, creating a calm and positive atmosphere. A welcome address will introduce the significance of International Yoga Day and highlight how yoga connects the body, mind, and soul. Participants will then take part in the Common Yoga Protocol, which includes simple yet powerful asanas and pranayama practices suitable for all age groups.

A special guided meditation session will help participants relax, improve concentration, and experience inner peace. Along with yoga and meditation, the event will also include fun and engaging activities such as a Yoga Pose Challenge, Tree Pose Balance Challenge, Yoga Relay Game, Breathing Awareness Challenge, Team Yoga Activities, and a Yoga Quiz Competition. A registration fee of ₹200 is applicable for participation. Each participant will receive a welcome kit, herbal tea, healthy snacks, and a participation certificate.
