Let’s run together and celebrate 50 years of Indian Coast Guard along with empowerment of Women. Indian Coast Guard presents the Coast Guard 10K Run celebrating the strength, resilience, leadership and contribution of women to the society.

This run honors modern women as multifaceted leaders who not only safeguard our nation’s land and coasts with courage but also drive transformative change, serving as inspiring role models both in uniform and across society.

10Km Run (Men) (6:30am start, Min age 14yrs, cutoff time limit 1:30hrs, two loop)- 600/-

5Km Run (Men) (7:35am start, Min age 10yrs)- 500/-

3Km Fun (Men) Open (7:35am start, Age 8yrs)- 300/-

10Km Run (Women) (6:30am start, Min age 14yrs, cutoff time limit 1:30hrs, two loop)- 300/-

5Km Run (Women) (7:35am start, Min age 10yrs)- 250/-

3Km Fun Run (Women) (7:35am start, Age 8yrs)- 150/-

Registrations closed.

Rewards & Felicitations:

The fastest 3 males & females in each distance category (10Km & 5Km) will be felicitated with trophies. Ranking by Net Time or chip time.

3Km Fun Run is a non-competitive category.
