EVENT STRUCTURE:

Round 1: Multiple Choice Questions with only one answer. MCQs will be based on the basics of machine drawing, blueprint reading and your knowledge about machines.

Round 2: Teams qualifying from Round 1 will be shortlisted for this round. Shortlisted teams will be given the problem statement based on which they have to draw the product on Autodesk Fusion 360 software.

RULES:

1. Any student with valid college ID and Registration receipt can participate in the event.

2. Students from any college and any branch can participate. No person can be part of multiple teams at the same event.

3. Rules may be changed without prior intimation. Participants are requested to check the official MindSpark’22 website www.mind-spark.org, regularly for updates.

4. The decision of the judges and event heads shall be considered final and binding to all. Any participants found misbehaving will be immediately disqualified.

5. Only students can participate. Workers/employees will not be allowed.

6. Participants should be present one hour prior to the commencement of event. Late teams may be disqualified.

7. If participant wish they can bring their own laptops.

ELIMINATION CRITERIA:

Round 1: Students will be selected according to their scores in MCQ exam.

TEAM FEE AND STRUCTURE:

Team size : Max 2 participants per team.

Registration Fee : ₹ 99 per team per show.

WINNING CRITERIA: There will be 3 winners per category.

Q. What is the team structure?

A. A team may consist of maximum 2 participants.

Q. Can I participate in other events at MindSpark’22?

A. You are allowed to participate in as many events at MindSpark’22 as long as you are able to manage your own schedule.

Q. Which software will be used?

A. Fusion 360 will be used.

Q. Who can participate in this event?

A. Any UG student from any branch or a non-engineering course can participate in this event.

Q. Do team members need to be from same college?

A. No team members can be from any branch, any year and any institution. However, one person cannot be part of 2 teams at the same event.

Q. What is required at the day of event?

A. Valid college ID and registration receipt and essential drawing tools like scale, protractor, etc.
