Today, Network sustainability has become capital in both academia and industries present all over the globe, which has generated a solution for the impact of optimization in mobile communication networks. Recently, the evolving advances in Evolutionary Computing technologies including swarm intelligence algorithms and other evolutionary algorithm paradigms are emerging as widely accepted descriptors for mobile sustainable networks virtualization, optimization, and automation. To deal with the emerging impacts on mobile communication networks, The 4th International Conference on Evolutionary Computing and Mobile Sustainable Networks [ICECMSN 2024] conceives an innovative research platform for soliciting the state-of-the research works on developing a sustainable design and their implementation in mobile networks.
