Why Fitness Wari?
Govt guidelines on Covid19 do not allow group activities. Pandharpur is completely shut down until Ashadhi Ekadashi. Most of us are preferring to stay at home, do indoor workouts or outdoor cycling run-walk with Covid 19 safety measures & physical distancing. Hence, to cater to the huge demand or Wari, we launch this Fitness Wari during the auspicious days of Pandharpur Wari. We Team IAS bring this IAS Fitness Wari 2020, to match the current Covid19 situation, and attachment of those who have been participating in TourDeWari - IAS devotional ride from the last 5 years along with our new members (who wished to join ToueDeWari this year. Health is the key to living a prosperous, be a part of this IAS FITNESS WARI 2020 and take positive steps towards living a healthy life not only for yourself but for your family as well. We will also share all our past Cycle Wari blogs, photos, videos, cyclist's experiences during this Fitness Wari days (June 14th – July 1st).

When is IAS Fitness Wari?
• It's from Day after Palkhi Prasthan from Sunday 14th June to till Ashadhi Ekadashi i.e 1st July midnight.

What to do for completing IAS Fitness Wari?
• Daily indoor/in-house/home premises workout activity is must with all safety guidelines as per Govt declared rules in lockdown for your town. Also, if you are confident in your outdoor cycling/running/walking activities by following all protocols of Covid19 then you can log those activities too.
Which workout activities consider for IAS Fitness Wari?
• All Indoor In house - Yoga, Strength training, Cardio, Run, Walk, Floor Climbing, Indoor cycling, SuryaNamaskar, etc, as per suitable to your body. Outdoor cycling, walking, running by considering you are following all safety rules and no group activity.
What if you don't have any fitness gadgets for record activity?
If you don't have any instrument to log indoor activity then you can log those activity manually
