HYFIT Games 1.0 is all about:
Push Press – 30Reps (Men: 10kg dumbbell each hand; Women: 5 kg each dumbbell each hand)
Sandbag Lunges – 40Meters (Men: 20 kg; Women: 10 kg)
SkiErg – 500Meters
Burpees Over the Bar – 20Reps (chest-to-floor; lateral jump/step allowed)
Surprise station
Wall Balls – 30Reps (Men: 5.44 kg; Women: 3.63 kg)
Running: 200 m between each station (6 times = 1200 m total)
