THE CIRCUIT: 8 Stations, 2KM run, One Score
Format: 200m run between each station. Total run volume ≈2km. Finish time goal: 20–35 min.
Station 1 — Boxing Conditioning 3 rounds: 40 straight punches, 20 power hooks, 10 sprawls, 20 mountain climbers
Station 2 — Sandbag Carry 100m front carry + 100m bear hug carry
Beginner: Women 10kg, Men 14kg | Open: Women 15kg, Men 20kg | Pro: Women 20kg, Men 25kg
Station 3 — Burpee Broad Jump 60m total
Station 4 — Farmer Carry 100m carry + 50 walking lunges
Beginner: Women 6kg each hand, Men 8kg each hand | Open: Women 8kg each hand, Men 12kg each hand | Pro: Women 10kg each hand, Men 15kg each hand
Station 5 — Ground Game (BJJ-inspired) 20m bear crawl, 20m lateral shuffle, 20m reverse bear crawl, 30 sit-throughs
Station 6 — Sled Zone Push + Pull, OR heavy sandbag drag (if no sled)
Station 7 — Fight Finish 5 rounds: 20 punches, 10 knees, 5 sprawls
Station 8 — Medicine Ball Slams 50 reps
Finish Sprint 400m run
