Hello All

After the successful accomplishment of #IASP2K (First Quantitative Longest Ride In the History of Nation), as Promised on the final day of P2K Celebration we are happy to launch another EPIC Long Distance Heritage group ride

"IAS Tour De Hampi"

The Plan for the IAS Heritage Cycle Ride to Hampi 2022 is as below

We will take the contribution of 8500 (Non-Refundable) per person till this month-end.

In this contribution, you will get

♟️ 5 Days Stay, Breakfast & Dinner included in the Fees.

♟️ Heritage Ride Medal

♟️ 3 IAS T-shirts ( 2 Full Sleeve Cycling T-shirts, 1 Event Half T-shirt ).

♟️ Backup vehicles for the whole Journey & Technical support.

♟️ Reservation ticket Member for the return journey.

♟️ Cycle Return from Hampi to Pune

♟️ Stay in Common Hall, only Ladies participants will get separate rooms.

Not Included In Fees -

1. Lunch and any other expense apart from above not included in registration Fees

Note:

1. We are considering only the First 100 bookings for this ride.

2. This long-distance Ride so you need to cooperate with the organizer to conduct this event many times something is not in our control but we will make sure to provide the best experience to all participants. If you are ok with this then only please register for this event.

The procedure for booking -

1. Either you book from the TownScript OR.

2 We will have offline registration at the IAS office on Sunday 30 Oct 7:00 am to 9:00 am to save TownScript charges.

Journey Details-

✔️ Wednesday 7 Dec - Pune to Mohol - 217 km

✔️Thursday 8 Dec - Mohol to Bijapur - 132 km Will see Gol Ghumat & Ebrahim Roja

✔️ Friday 9 Dec - Bijapur to Hampi - 217 km Evening arrival at Hampi

✔️10 Dec Hampi Visit and stay at Hampi

✔️11 Dec Hampi Visit and Leave from Hampi in the evening at 7:00 PM by Bus.
