Workshop description
How to Hoop Dance without spinning it on the hip:
Often people associate hula hooping with standing at one spot and trying your best to keep it from falling. Yes, that's just 5% of it. But here's to get you acquainted with a few more percents of it.
Hoop dance, a more contemporary form of hula hooping brings under it a lot of object manipulation, movement, dance and end number of tricks.
This workshop's focus is more on the dance and flow of hooping. If you've never moved in your life, it's a great way to open up your body. If you have danced before, imagine this style to be a social dance form like salsa. Except here your partner is the hoop.
