About the 01st Season of Holystico Run 2024

We Team Holystico is Organizing our 01st Season of Holystico Run 2024 on the occasion of our Independence Day to get the Freedom from Stress and live the healthy life.

Prizes in the form of Attractive Trophies.

• Date: Sunday, 25th August 2024

• Venue: Holystico Astrana, GW5R+V2M, Malwadi, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra 411028

• Time: 05.00 AM to 10 AM

• Run Categories:

• Fun Run: 3K/5K

• Timed Run: 10K

• All the Runners will get:

o Timing chips for 10K Runners

o T-Shirts,

o Finisher Medal

o E-Certificates for Timed Runners

o Post Run Hot Breakfast

o Refreshment, Water, Energy Drink throughout the race route

o On Route Entertainment

o Medical facility

Terms & Conditions:

1) To register for the Holystico Run 2024 Event in 3K & 5K Run for Fun you must be 12 years older on event date or if you are below the age of 12 years, you must be accompanied with at least one of the parent.

2) To register for 10K race category runner must be above 16 years

3) Each participant must agree with disclaimer, terms and conditions before in event.

5) All the participants should take care of all their belongings and take part of on their own risk.

6) Registration fees will be Non-refundable, Non-Transferable, also cannot be changed at any circumstances or cannot adjust with the future event.

7) All the participants who are participating are deemed to be fit and capable of participating in this event.

8) Timings for the professional runners will be monitored and captured through electronic device/ timing chip suffixed with their BIB numbers.

9) To capture the accurate timing, timing machines will be placed on the road, all the timing participants will be mandatory to cross these machines.

10) Organizers reserve all the rights to modify rules, supplement or waive of in part/ rules in specific event, award distributions.

11) Organizing team will not entertain any discrepancies on immediate race day.

12) All the participants will be bound to these changes and event rules and regulations.

13) Failure to follow rules will result in immediate disqualification, loss of award prizes (if any) and removal of results from the official websites.

14) By signing this terms and conditions, participants are authorize organizers to share/use, their personal information/ images/ videos captured in this event for other on their website/social media/ and any kind promotions/ advertisement or any other future event.

15) All the participants will receive goodie bags on Expo day which will be on 24th August 2024 at Holystico Astrena, Behind Amonora Mall, Hadapsar, Pune Maharashtra:

16) Other necessary terms and conditions and instruction will be shared on Expo day and Race day, to which I will read/listen carefully and will abide to it.

17) There will be No Cash Prizes, however trophies will be are awarded in the below conditions only:

1. Prizes will be considered for first three positions of 10K Category only in Open Men & Women.

2. Timings will be considered on Gun Time, not on Chip Time

3. Private piloting, or BIB Exchange will attract disqualification for next three years

4. For any price category, number of participants should not be less than 15 on event day in actual race performance.

I have read and will read/listen and follow all the laws, rules/ regulations/ instructions related to marathon event. I will compete at my own risk. I completely agree and accept that in uncertain circumstances, damages, action, claims etc. Organizers, sponsors, partners, pilots, or any official or individuals associated with this event will not be held responsible for that.
