A WhatsApp group will be created one day before the event for coordination. GPS locations and contact details will be shared in the group.

Day 1 - 14th March 2025

• 10:00 AM: Gates open for check-in. Participants arriving by self-drive can reach anytime after 10 AM.
• 10:30 AM: Room allocations begin. Freshen up and get ready for the Holi celebration.
• 11:30 AM: Celebration begins!
• Rain dance with live DJ playing Bollywood Holi tracks.
• Poolside games for extra fun.
• Special Thandai for everyone.
• 2:30 PM: Lunch break.
• 3:30 PM: Relax at the pool or unwind in your rooms.
• 5:00 PM: High tea and snacks.
• 7:00 PM: DJ night and bonfire – dance floor is all yours!
• 9:00 PM: Dinner is served.
• 12:00 AM: Poolside access closes, but the night continues!
• Enjoy the bonfire and share stories.
• Those who wish to stay up can continue chilling, while others can rest for the night.

Day 2 - 15th March 2025

• 08:00 AM: Wake-up call with tea.
• 09:00 AM: Breakfast.
• 10:00 AM: Check-out and return home with amazing memories and colorful pictures!

While booking you can select the Add-On for pickup and drop in shared local vehicle from Neral Railway station

• Extra pair of clothes, Comfortable clothes for Holi and Pool party.
• Some ready to eat food like biscuits, plum cake etc. (just in case you feel hungry)
• Medicines (if you need any), Glucon D / Electrol / Enerzyl Powder (We will have a basic first aid kit with us).
• Plastic bags to store wet swimwear, towels, and dirty clothes after the party.
• Keep your phone safe from water damage by using a waterproof phone case or pouch

Important Note

IMPORTANT Note for Holi Event:

• There are general rules to abide by in order to have a fun-filled Holi.
• The hotel/resort staff has the right to take action on any kind of misbehavior. The participant will be expelled from the group/resort if found misbehaving with any other participant.
• All Participants will be responsible for their baggage/valuables. If any loss is done by any participant to themselves/other participants or hotel property, it will be borne by the participant.
• Entering the pool with colors is prohibited. You need to wash up yourself clean before entering the pool.

Hotel/Resort 

The event is happening at Resort in Karjat. 

Traveling by Own vehicle:

You may choose to reach the location directly but keep in mind the location is in remote area and network can be bad. You may not be able to contact us on phone or we may not be able to contact you on phone. Also the 2-3 km stretch to the location is in bad condition. The driver needs to be skilled in off-road driving to be able to reach property. 

Safety Rules and Guidelines

• Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the event, especially if you're spending time in the sun or swimming in the pool.
• Use safe colors: If colors are provided or allowed at the party, ensure they are safe and non-toxic. Avoid using chemical-based or harmful colors that can irritate the skin or eyes.
• Pool safety: Observe pool safety rules at all times, including no diving in shallow areas, no running on wet surfaces, and no roughhousing near the pool edge.
• Supervise children: If your children are attending the party, ensure they are supervised at all times, especially around the pool area.
• Know your limits: Since consuming alcohol is permitted at the party, drink responsibly and know your limits. Avoid excessive drinking, especially if you plan to swim.
• Be cautious of slippery surfaces: Watch out for wet and slippery areas around the pool and party venue to prevent slips and falls.
• Respect boundaries: Be mindful of personal space and boundaries of other partygoers. Avoid aggressive or rowdy behavior that may cause discomfort or harm to others. Any other expenses that are not mentioned above.
• Cold Drinks, Chakhna, Bottled water - Not included.
