HIA Cyclothon 2026

Hinjawadi Industries Association (HIA) will commemorate the International Women’s Day 2026 focusing on the spectacular contribution of the Women Workforce in RGIP, through conduct of a Cyclothon a day prior – on Saturday, 07 Mar 2026.  

Note for Registration

• Please use your company email ID for registration of the event. All communication will be done on email used for registration 
• Last date of Registration 15 February 2026 ( Early Bird registration till 8 Feb 2026)
• Limited Participation, First Come First Served.

Age Limit 12+ only

20 Km - Flag off time  7:00 AM ( Reporting 30 min before )

10 Km - Flag off time 7:15 AM ( Reporting 30 min before )

Kids below 12 years need to be registered and accompanied by a parent who is also participating.

Instructions :

• This Cyclothon is only for the HIA member company employees and their family members & Friends.
• The participants need to bring their own cycle. No cycles will be provided by the organizers.
• The employee must use a company email for registration.
• Kindly fill in the correct company name while registering.
• Bib Distribution details will be informed by email used for registration ( Please check bulk or spam email in case you don't get any email).
• Wearing a helmet during cycling is recommended for safety. 

Indemnity Note-

By registering for the Cyclothon, the employee agrees to provide complete indemnity to Indo Athletic Society, Hinjawadi Industries Association and any individual associated with the event against any claims due to injuries, accidents or other damages that may occur during the conduct of the Cyclothon.
