BIB Distribution Details :

We will start BIB distribution of event from tomorrow Tuesday,18th November, 2025.

Please Note : Only BIB will distribute and the T-Shirt and CAP will distribute on the Event Day Saturday, 22nd November 2025 Morning before event flag off.

We have asked your HIA company representative also to collect your BIB from HIA office and distribute in your company premises.

If you have not received any communication from your company regarding BIB collection, you can collect your BIB from HIA office as per the below schedule

HIA is organizing a Marathon/Walkathon on Saturday 22nd November 2025 for employees of its member companies.

The Marathon / Walkathon aims to promote a culture of fitness in RGIP IT hub and create awareness about running as a means to enhance the health and wellness of employees.

This Marathon / Walkathon has been organized for employees of HIA member companies and their family members. The employees are to use the HIA member company name and employee ID for registration of self and family members.

IAS events are conducted nationwide and are immensely loved and enjoyed by employees and families. We would like more and more people to explore and experience the thrill of Marathon / Walkathon and take their Marathon / Walkathon efforts to the next level.

Note for Registration

• You can register for the event using your company or any email ID. All communication will be done through the registered email address.
• Last date for Registration 10th November 2025. 
• Refunds are not available for canceled tickets.
