Heritage tree walk at Ganeshkhind Botanical Garden, Biodiversity Heritage Site (BHS)

Pune Samvad - Chalo PMC, a citizens' group, is organizing a heritage tree walk with botanist Dr. Komal Sawant, Assistant Professor at Nowrosjee Wadia College of Arts and Science, Pune.

She will walk us through the essence of age old trees, especially the ones planted by the Peshwas at the Biodiversity Heritage Site.

We will also carry out a tree mapping activity.
