Each 60-minute session is a complete yoga practice, bringing together asana, pranayama, breathwork, relaxation and meditation. Across the month, the 8 live classes offer a unique blend of Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga, so your practice is varied while remaining grounded in traditional yogic principles.

About the Teacher
Karthika (Kay) is a Traditional Hatha Yoga teacher trained in Mysore, with additional training in Pranayama and Meditation. She holds a 200-hour Hatha YTT and 100-hour Pranayama Specialization, both Yoga Alliance certified.
Her teaching blends traditional yogic principles with mindful movement, breath awareness and meditation, creating classes that are accessible, supportive and designed to help students build a practice that extends beyond the mat.
