Introduction:
Children grow into adults as time goes by, but grooming the young minds as responsible citizens of tomorrow, and their transformation into confident young adults, equipped to face the competitive world, is a huge responsibility of parents, teachers and the society. Failure to facilitate this can have grave consequences, affecting the self-esteem as they grow up, and even hampering their professional growth in the long run. With the objective of utilising the summer vacation purposefully, MMA has conceptualised a unique five-day certificate course aimed at Personality Enhancement of young students in the age group of 11 to 16 years. Their investment of five days in this exercise is bound to reap enormous benefits in years to come.
The Course is designed to identify the hidden talent of young students and bring it to the fore, besides providing them valuable Life Lessons through fun, frolic, and an experiential learning through indulgence. The fear of performance in public, be it public speaking, performing arts, debates, or any such activity, has been identified as the Number One fear across the world. Not only the students are scared, even professionals are petrified, and many individuals will run away when called to perform in public. Tackling this fear, on the other hand, leads to an amazing level of self-confidence and courage in developing the most essential leadership skills. This summer, MMA has structured a course that is designed to make a definite difference in identifying the potential and enhancing the ability of young participants of the programme - GROWING BIG, a five day certificate course focusing on topics such as Self Concept, Lateral Thinking, Creativity, Health Management, Public Speaking, Debating, Presentation Skills, Leveraging Social Media Tools, and Creative Arts & Crafts
