We are thrilled to announce an upcoming event that promises to be a unique fusion of culture, fitness, and electrifying music – the Glowrun Electrica 2.0 Night Marathon & EDM. 

Event Details:

Date: 27th April 2024 (Marathon)

Time: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Location: Lovely Professional University, Phagwara Punjab.

At Glowrun Electrica 2.O, we're bringing together the timeless wisdom of Guru Nanak Dev Ji with the modern energy of electronic dance music. Here's a glimpse of what you can expect:

Night Marathon: Lace up your running shoes and join us for a night marathon under the starry sky. Whether you're an avid runner or a casual jogger, this event is open to participants of all fitness levels.

EDM Extravaganza: As the night progresses, our EDM stage will come to life with top DJs and mind-blowing visuals. Get ready to dance the night away to the beats of some of the best electronic music.

Fit India Movement: Glowrun Electrica is not just about running; it's about promoting a healthier lifestyle. By participating in the night marathon, you'll be supporting the 'Fit India Movement,' which aims to make fitness a way of life for every Indian.

Spectacular Visuals: Expect stunning lighting effects, glow-in-the-dark elements, and a mesmerizing atmosphere that will make this night truly unforgettable.

Distance - 21 km (Timed run), 10 km (Timed Run), 5 km (Fun Run), 2km (Fun Run).

Cut-off Timings for all distances:

21 KM (Timed Run) - 3:30 Hours

10 KM (Timed Run) - 2:00 Hours.

5 KM (Fun Run) - 1:00 Hours.

2KM (Fun Run) – 30 Mins.

BIB Expo - 27th April 2024 (From 9AM)

Note: - On event day we will announce only the first 3 winners male and 3 female, age categories results will be announced online on the next day.

Points to remember: -

• To get customized BIB register at least 10 days prior to the event date.

• Registration with a discount is not transferable, registrations are transferable 15 days prior to the event if the amount is paid without a discount.

• BIB Expo will be on 1 day prior to the event and on the event day at the venue.

• If anyone is collecting other's bibs he/she should have a consent letter along with a ticket from the participants then only we will hand over the BIB.

• There is no on-spot registration.

• Exchange: Participants are not allowed to exchange their Timing BIBs with other participants. The BIB number assigned to each participant is unique and must be used only by that participant only, if anyone is found putting on another's bib, he/she will be disqualified from the event.

• Put on BIB on Chest, it should be visible, if anyone is found with BIB on the back, he/she will be disqualified from the winner's list.

• All the updates related to the event will be shared on the registered email id and WhatsApp number.

• Only registered participants are allowed to enter the venue.

• The timing certificate and timing will be available on the same day, timing message will be sent to a registered number.

Facilities while the event: -

• Baggage Counter.

• Ambulance on the route.

• Physio and medical team at Venue and on Route at multiple points.

• Hydration point at every 1-2 km.

• Washroom at Start/Finish and on route

• Timing System at Start/Finish for 10 KM and 21 km runner.

• Route Marking: The route will be marked with arrows and other markers to guide participants on the correct path during the marathon.

• Pre-Event Zumba and post-run EDM for runners.

• Route marshals will be there at all distances to guide the route.

• Volunteers will be enroute to guide runners and at Hydration points.

• The medal will be given to all the participants post-completion of the run.
