Global Running Day - June Virtual Running Challenge

Join us for the Global Running Day Virtual Running Challenge 2024, a 15-day virtual running event from June 1st to 15th!

This June, lace up your shoes and conquer your fitness goals with our flexible virtual run. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this challenge is open to everyone.

This virtual format allows you to run at your own pace, on your own time, and in your favorite location. Run on your favorite trail, explore a new neighborhood, or hit the treadmill—the choice is yours!

The minimum distance is 10 kilometers, but you can run it however you like! You can complete the entire 10 km in a single day on Global Running Day or spread it out over the course of the event. For example, you could break it down into smaller runs, such as 2 km each day for 5 days, or 1 km each day for 10 days. Run at your comfortable pace and according to your schedule.

Rules

• You can choose any time, any location.
• You can use any device, any app to track your activity.
• There is no minimum limit on the distance covered each day. You can complete the distance in a single day or spread it out over the event. Run at your comfortable pace.
• You have to share all the activity details (screenshot or activity link) before the event is completed.
• Please specify the address correctly. The address can't be changed after the medal is shipped.
• Activities before registration can also be submitted but it should be in the current month.

Q. Is this an on-ground event or virtual event?

Q. Where can I run?

A. Anywhere on the planet.


Q. Can I run on treadmill?

A. Yes. Don't forget to track your activity.


Q. What if I could not run 10 km due to unforeseen circumstances?

A. You'll still get a finisher medal. We want to celebrate even little wins. But please don't abuse this.


Q. Can I track my activity on my smartwatch?

A. Yes. You can use Garmin, Coros, or any other watch.


Q. Can I track my activity on tracking app?

A. Yes. You can use Strava, Adidas Running, Runkeeper, etc.


Q. When will I receive the medal?

A. The medal will be shipped to your address within 5 working days after event completion. It might take a couple of days, depending on your location.


Q. When will I receive an e-certificate?

A. An e-certificate will be sent to you on your registered mail within 5 working days after event completion.


Q. Is the ticket refundable?

A. No.


Q. How do I share my activity?

A. You can share it on our email (contact@fitavatar.co) or WhatsApp (8448495084). Please use the same email and contact number that you used in registration.


Q. What's the deadline for sharing activities?

A. You need to submit it before the event ends. Submissions will not be entertained after that.


Q. If I registered on the 10th day of the event, can I submit activities completed between the 1st and 9th days of the event?

A. Yes, absolutely.
