GHS- Ruby Hall Clinic is organizing a walkathon in Pune with the  aim to promote a social and health awareness in women's for cervical cancer and healthier women's. We invite you to experience the joy of giving by participating in large numbers.

About Walkathon

1. Reporting time at 6.00 am.
2. Total distance to be covered is 3KM.
3. The Walkathon will end by 09.30 AM.
4. Refreshments and medical facilities are available.
5. Vital Investigations free of cost to early bird registrations that includes Blood Sugar, PAP-smear Investigations & ECG, BP for first 200 registration only.
6. Goodie bags includes, T-shirt , Badge, Participation Certification/ Medallions/Mementos.

Participants' Disclaimer

1. I voluntarily register myself and my family members for the walk.

2. I understand comprehensively and agree with all regulations, rules, requirements and measures instituted by the organizers.

3. I am in good health condition in which I am fully prepared for the walk and understand that Organizer is not responsible for any health conditions arising prior, during or after the walk

4. I understand comprehensively all potential risks in the walk, and have already prepared precautionary measures based on personal health; I am willing to undertake the full responsibility of all personal emergency risks which occur during the walk, and agree that the organizers do not undertake any compensations and responsibilities of injury, death, or any other forms of loss, which is caused by participants themselves that occurs prior, during or after the event.

5. I authorize the organizers and designated events media for free use of my portraits, pictures, name, voice and other personal information by the organization for promotion of the walk.

6. I shall register for the walk based on all my true individual information and will not transfer my bib number

7. I agree not to deliberately damage, change or mask my bib number before and during the walk.

8. I agree to submit to any searches for prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, alcohol, narcotics, controlled, dangerous and/ or illegal substances by the authorities.

9. I agree that the organizer may post pone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather conditions, dangerous situations or any other causes beyond their reasonable control.

10. I agree that the decision of the organizer pertaining to the routes, prizes and other event related decisions is final.

11. I agree to adhere to all the pandemic related guidelines mentioned by respective state government, practice social distancing and will be solely responsible for any prior approvals required from local authorities as per location.
