STEM & Space celebrations of Global Astronomy Month

Global Astronomy Month (GAM), is organized by Astronomers Without Borders, and is the world's largest annual global celebration of astronomy. Celebrated throughout the month of April, GAM 2022 brings various programs and opportunities to share cosmic ideas and bringing together astronomy enthusiasts from across the globe to celebrate 'Astronomers Without Borders' motto 'One People, One Sky'.

This year, the program highlights are:

1. Projecting Constellations: 11th April | Grades 3 to 5 | Time: 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM IST

2. Globe at Night - A citizen Science Project: 13th April | Grades 6 to 10|Time: 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM IST

3. Mega Quiz on Constellations: 14th April | Grades 3 to 5 | Time: 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM IST

4. Mega Quiz on General Astronomy: 14th April | Grades 6 to 8 | Time: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM IST

5. Painting Constellations: 18th April | Grades 1 & 2 | Time: 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM IST
