Freelancing - Deep Dive Workshop v4.0

The interactive workshop delivered on WhatsApp is designed to equip the professionals to practice freelancing and then demonstrate the critical aspects to succeed in their professional career.  The changing workplaces and re-skilling demands from the industry are forcing significant number of professionals to  do something new in their career path. There’s a growing segment of people who are turning into entrepreneurs in a different sense - without having a big idea or creating a product,  rather than founding a startup, they’re simply working independently as freelancers or by teaming up with one another to execute client projects.

We at greenworkforce.in are building purpose built freelancer teams, we call it GigTeams to cater the startup world.

The program is divided into 3 parts - a) understanding the job trends and mapping indivudal's interest/experience to the future potential works - industry 4.0 b) deep dive into the opportunities in freelancing world both from international marketplace and local startup ecosystem c)  a set of preparations for the transformation and the initial setup  

The workshop involves interactive activities between the participants in the cohort and the resource personnel. The group conversations bring a great social learning experience and one-on-one sessions address personalization. We use WhatsApp group, online video conference/telecalls and Google drive for the workshop. We introduce few freemium tools/platforms as part of the agenda during the 5-days engagement.
