Initial Monsoon climate is the idea period for fireflies and glow-worms for mating and in pursuit of the mate, hundreds of fireflies gather together on a tree displaying their bio-luminescent lights in the dark nights. Dense forests is just the perfect place for these twinkling creatures for this kind of ritual and this is the exact time when we can experience synchronous twinkling of hundreds of fireflies one of the most beautiful phenomena in nature. Experience doesn’t need any explanation its phenomenon and visuals leaves you with moments to cherish for lifetime. And live band in such surrounding is perfect gateway plan to soothe your daily routine pattern and soulful music is perfect remedy to rejuvenate.

Saturday Schedule

Meeting point Kasara at 4.30 pm (Please note, we will leave sharp at 4.45 pm from Kasara, any delay will for any individual will not be admitted and may miss the Pick-up facility from station.)

Pick up will be by share a Jeep/Trax.

Train timing from CST:-

2.25 pm- CST

2.38pm- Dadar

2.45pm - Kurla

2.43pm- Ghatkoper

3.04pm- Thane

4.34pm- Kasara

Will reach base village by 6.00 pm, Freshen Up and Introduction session. Few games and information on place of Igatpuri//Bhandardara. Have Dinner and by late evening wonder around for Fireflies Safari in search of Fireflies at different spots, back to the Tents.

Such events helps to get close to nature and much needed break from hectic routines, excel, ppts and targets. Best suited for groups, solo campers, corporates, couples, families and pets.

Sunday Schedule-

Witness the Sunrise, have breakfast Proceed towards Kasara at 9 am by Jeeps/ Trax.

Our Packages are inclusive of Pick and drop from Kasara to base village, night safari trail by jeep in search of Fireflies in jungle. Camping stay arrangement with mattress, High Tea/snack, Breakfast, Dinner- Veg/Non Veg unlimited & Bonfire with unlimited Star gazing and fun.

Charges wherever necessary and Expertise, Safety and First Aid.

Important things to carry:

Water Bottle (3 ltrs each person)

Some snacks biscuits wafers etc

Compulsory Torch with Extra batteries,

Electrol 1 pack

Camera optional

Medicines if required

Bluetooth speakers is must for group

Umbrella & raincoats to cover from rain

Good Trekking shoes.

Exclusions:

Personal expenses Insurance of any kind

Medical hospitalization, evacuation and related expenses

Any item not covered under “inclusions”

Please do not litter, we believe in the saying, “When you go to the mountain leave only your footprints and bring back only memories”

• Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.

• Seats available on a first come first serve basis.

• Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.

• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai.

• People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

• Please do not take any of the campsite belongings along with you.

• Take care of your valuables (phones, cameras, laptops, money etc.). The campsite doesn’t take responsibility for loss of any items.

• Please Note: There can be some sporadic showers of welcoming Monsoon, but we need not worry as we have the villager’s houses as a backup option ready with us!
