Experience the biggest tech design innovations at Pearl Academy’s Portfolio 2024, Delhi

The creative education powerhouse, Pearl Academy is back with its renowned annual event “Portfolio 2024” at its Delhi-West campus at Rajouri Garden, Delhi. The upcoming two-day event happening on May 9 and 10, 2024, will celebrate the ideas, innovation, and ingenuity of the students from the institution’s Delhi West and South campuses. The Portfolio 2024 event is an opportunity for young talents to showcase their stellar work to diverse audiences.

The student exhibition will be an exquisite fusion of creativity, blending traditional elements with futuristic innovation. Mr. Rajeev Sethi, renowned Designer, Padma Bhushan, Scenographer, Art Curator, Designer, Chairman & Founder at Asian Heritage Foundation will grace the event as the chief guest. Industry stalwarts and designers, such as Rimzim Dadu, Payal Jain, among others will be attending the event.

This year’s theme, “Tech Nomads,” reflects our today’s generation is always active in the digital world. We easily switch between different apps and devices, like drawing on a tablet, checking Instagram on our phones, and then reading on a Kindle. We’re like nomads in the virtual world, smoothly moving from one online space to another. The students’ work will mirror current trends and issues, capturing the essence of the world we live in today.

What can visitors experience:

Experience the extraordinary creations brought to life through sheer hard work and dedication by the students of Pearl Academy Delhi students, all throughout the 2 days! This will be followed by “Popcorn at Portfolio” - a film screening, fashion shows and alumni talkies in the evening where one can indulge in interesting discussions on thought-provoking concepts with the creative aspirants. Visitors can also participate in interesting workshops such as - “Strike a Pose”, “Leap Lip”, “The Dream Dress”, “Power of Branding”, “Paint the Carpet Red”, “Colourful Lights”, “Ghar Ghar”, “Unbreakable”, “Shape and Surprise” and “Young Innovators: Startup India” on fashion communication, global luxury brand management, fashion styling, textile design, interior architectural design, communication design and fashion and lifestyle business management respectively. The evening will be finally concluded by Designer’s Club - with top designers from the Fashion, Interior, Product & Communication Design Industry.
