EVEREST BASE CAMP TREK

 Commence at: Kathmandu.

 Ends at: Kathmandu.

Brief Itinerary:

Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu.

Day 2 : Fly to Lukla – trek to Phakding (2650m) –around 3 hours walking. Lunch @ Phakding.

 Day 3 : Phakding to Namche (3440m) – Around 6-8 hours walking. Lunch @ Monjo

Day 4 : Namche – acclimatization – Hike up to Khumjung valley (3970m). Lunch @ Khumjung

Day 5 : Namche – Tengboche (3840m) – around 5-6 hours walking. Lunch@ PhunkiThenga.

Day 6 : Trek to Dingboche. Around 5-7 hours walking.Lunch @ Somare.

Day 7 : Acclimatization- Hike to Nagakarsang (5090m)

Day 8 : Trek to Lobuche. Lunch @ Dukla- Around 5-7 hours walking.

Day 9 : Trek to Lobuche to Everest Base Camp and back to Gorakshep. Around 6-8 hours

Day 10 : Early in the morning climb Kalapathar (5545m) and back down to Pheriche. Lunch @ Lobuche / Thukla. Around 6-7 hrs walking.

Day 11 : Trek Pheriche down to Namche 6-8 hours walking.

Day 12 : Last trekking day. Back to Lukla and enjoy the evening with your crew members.

Day 13 : Fly back to Kathmandu

Day 14 : Extra day in case of bad weather flight cancelation / rest / shopping and Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Day 15 : Final Departure to your country. Our staff will be at hotel to help you to the airport.

What Includes:

 Airport arrival pick up and departure drop in Kathmandu.

 Three night’s accommodation in Kathmandu in nice hotel, twin share basis with bed and breakfast only.

 Flight ticket from Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu for member and guide.

 Domestic airport tax 2 times.

 Sagarmatha national Park permit.

 All veg meals and accommodation nice hotels (twin sharing basis) during the trekking period.

 one Lunch, one Dinner, one Breakfast, 3 drink (soup coffee tea Hot drink).

 Trekking guide salary, porter salary during the trekking period.

 Insurance for Nepali staff.

What Excludes:

 Extra night accommodation in Kathmandu because of early arrival, late departure, early return form mountain. (due to any reason in schedule of itinerary )

 Lunch and Dinner in Kathmandu .

 Personal expenses such telephones, cold drinks, mineral water, extra beverages, laundry, camera fees, hot shower, extra porter charges, etc.

 Insurance of any kind.

 Medical, Hospitalizations, rescue evacuation and related expense.

 Personal gears like sleeping bag and jacket, etc.

 All practice treks.

 Other program beyond itinerary.

 Tips for staffs (Mandatory)

 Helicopter flight from Kathmandu-Lukla or Lukla-Kathmandu due to bad weather.
