- Wellbeing has a 15% impact on performance at work. 
- 82% employees reported that their productivity was low on most days due to poor wellbeing
- 51% of employees are stressed and this % has increased from the previous year
- 28% of employees reported being bullied at work. 
- Women have been more negatively impacted by the pandemic
- Gen Z had the poorest wellbeing. 33% of Gen Z reported having difficulties in concentration.
