  3. You can always ornamentally decorate your ceramic piece made in any technique or any ceramics material (preferably light basic color, but not necessary).
  4. With Painting you can fix technical or compositional mistakes on the surface of your ceramic. And... if not succeed... you can always paint it Gold!
Workshop Fee :
40,000 INR
It includes Materials, Firings, Boarding, Lodging, a day trip to Khajuraho.

Tools needed for the Workshop
Porcelain blank White-ware and basic colors and few lusters (not Gold/Platinum) will be provided.

For painting we will need round soft, but springy and very pointed brushes - SABLE or SYNTHETIC (sizes from 00 up to 4 - individual for each colour). Squirrel hair brushes are not suitable for the Turpentine we will be mixing colours with and especially for lustres.

Fine pointed Calligraphy nib/pen - very difficult to find anywhere the right one. Must be made from stainless steel (silver colour), very hard but just a little springy, with sharp pointed end. (when you push it against table - it does NOT split open easily into two parts). In USA I was buying them in Art stores: N#291 (no name of the company), but could be another number as well - what is important are the above mentioned qualities. German company ”Brauser” are good too - N# 511.
