I am feeling very happy to share Ramen Goel review and very thankful to him.

Bariatric surgery was one of the best decisions of my life.
People around me would say “khatey peetey ghar ke lagtey ho” as I was obese at 20.

I would pant badly just after climbing one flight of stairs. Everyone advised follow a strict diet, you will surely lose weight. Only little they knew, that I had tried all of their said things.

If I tried not eating, or eating less, I would usually land up to feeling sad and felt left out amongst friends. Making connections and friends was already tough enough.

The surgery was a complete success. I had pain initially but with painkillers it was under control.

After the bariatric surgery, few changes that I felt were as follows: –
1. Extra energy to do things I always desired
2. No lethargy
3. Improved concentration in my studies
4. Could run on the treadmill like never before.
5. Much improved control on food cravings for unhealthy foods
6. Appreciation for healthier life choices

I was operated when I was 162.2 kg on 17th September, 2014; on 17th September, 2015 , I was 102 kg and as of today 15 October, 2016, I am 95.25kg. My ideal weight is 81 kgs. I have recently lost another 7 kgs in the last two months, as I have completely changed my lifestyle because of moving to another country.

I still follow the balanced diet that my dietician suggests me. The whole team is still just a WhatsApp text away. They are awesome. Thank you Dr. Ramen Goel and team.
